Hey hey,

Just a quick post as a memory to myself one day. Today is the first time I saw snow. When I got up this morning the electricity was out, didn't pay much attention because this building is reeallllllyy shitty. I went outside for class and I walked on the grass, same ol same ol. But the grass snapped under my feet, because it was frozen. This isn't the snow part yet. But, it must have been so cold last night that it turned all plant life into plantsicles. Some of the tops of the trees snapped off under the pressure. I'm guessing the electricity got lost somewhere in the midst of it all.

The bridge I usually walk over to get to my school was frozen as well. So I had to keep my balance and hold on the entire time across, with only one slip over I thought it was pretty allright.

When I went back to school in the afternoon it started dropping ice from the sky, still not the snow part. It was like hail, but smaller and sharper. So as I was riding my bike I would constantly be getting hit by dissolving glass shreds. Once in the school that's when it started to fall. Little bit by bit,, growing more and more until finally it was a complete snow shower. By now all the little ones were out getting snow to make into balls. I never knew how much snowballs hurt. Like getting rock, a very cold rock.

So if there is any snow left after the students have finished with it. I might go build myself a snowman. I can see now why people make such a big deal about having a white Christmas, it does make it feel just that little bit better. Well better than sitting around sweating with a broken air conditioner anyways!

Speaking of which, it must be torture in that 40 degree heat mua ha ha ha ahhhh

AVC: Finally An Answer

Hey everybody.

As some of you know for the last few weeks I have been in ongoing discussions with my school regarding funds they are supposed to pay me at the end of the year. This includes reimbusing my airfare and some other money they owe me. Well today they finally gave me a date they would do so. I have already decided I will definately be moving schools next year hopefully to one with more competent leaders.

Now the bad news. All of a sudden the school decided that me leaving on the 5th of January is too early. Even though they agreed to it before. They are going to pay me back on the 10th of January and said I have to stay here till the end of January to complete the 12 months. Which means I will not be returning on the 5th as planned. I will once again change my plane ticket, this time to the end of January some time. Probably around the 28th.

It is only a few extra weeks for me to get through. Although most of you are going to be pretty busy with school when I return which completely sucks. It also means that I may spend less time in Australia, because I should to be back in China for the new term next year. I will be there for all of February and I will try to get a few weeks of March in. It would be nice to spend my birthday in Australia. I think I can afford to be a few weeks late.

So, yeah this is disapointing, but you can't fight beureacracy and I'm tired of doing so. It is a lot of money that they owe me. Sorry guys. Please feel free to post any verbal abuse after this message.

But yeh, thats pretty GaY! but money is good, and money is necessary, so
we'll see ya at the end of january, or im gonna have to come down there and

ah andy it's not ur fault.. everybodies has had issues with beauracry at
some point. Well yeah like Yazz said uni students dont go back till feb so
we can still catch up hopefully coz damn boy people have been planning stuff
for your emenent return.

That's too bad. Well what's your plan around the beginning of 2006?
Catch up in person sometime soon. Still have the old faithful internet. Looking foward to a phone line next year that hasn't been chewed up by rats.

On that subject, some repair people finally came today after I reminded the school three times about the telephone. Only problem, there must have been communication problems somewhere. The people who came were television repair people...since none of us have a problem with the television they left pretty quickly. Fourth time lucky I guess.

these holidays have been pretty good.. just wish i had more money that's
all. But still i can improvise.. like today i went to the city for lunch..
and instead of buying out.. coz i cant' afford it I bought food from home,
which was sweet. But yeah.. nothing else has been going down..get yo ass
